Patrick and Michele Fishley
Patrick and Michele Fishley have created Soul Reflections to unify this diverse worldwide community. We are the first Iboga/Ibogaine online community welcoming practitioners, providers, experiencers, and seekers alike. Our aim is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels at home and to engage in conversations that support the preparation and integration of Iboga and Ibogaine experiences. Soul Reflections will also offer education for those wanting to learn how to help others in the Iboga/Ibogaine space, and we invite our members to join us in Gabon Africa for a profound traditional experience.
Patrick has dedicated 30 years of hard work as an RN, specializing in Intensive Care Units, Emergency Rooms, and Trauma Bays. He possesses extensive experience in Addictions and Mental Health/Psychiatry. In 2012, Patrick began working with Plant Medicines, primarily Ibogaine and Iboga. Throughout the years he has shared his expertise through medical services, coaching, counselling, prescreening, and integration. As a lead facilitator and Medical Director he has conducted retreats and taught others how to work with Iboga medicine traditionally and responsibly. Patrick is Certified through Being True to You, as a Recovery, Psycho-Spiritual Integration Coach. Patrick has travelled to Gabon several times undergoing numerous advanced initiations within the Bwiti tradition. The Bwiti elders have bestowed upon him the title of Nganga (Healer, Seer) with the Bwiti name of DIBADI Mabunza Mukuku a Kandja: which translates to warrior/fighter who has the BWETE force within (with flames of truth from mouth).
Michele has dedicated 16 years as an acute care LPN (Licenced Practical Nurse) specializing in Medical/Surgical and Emergency Rooms. She has acquired extensive experience with Addictions and Mental Health. Over the past decade, Michele has developed a profound relationship with Iboga/Ibogaine medicine, serving as a Medical Director and lead facilitator for numerous retreats. Michele is Certified through Being True To You, as a Recovery Psycho-Spiritual Integration coach, and with IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition). Her passion for medicine has led her to Gabon several times, where she has undergone several advanced initiations into the Nyèmbè and Mabundi traditions (the feminine form of Bwiti/Bwété). The Elders have recognized her as a Nganga (Healer, Seer) and gave her the Bwiti name Yakéta, which means Mother of Twins, Mother of All.
Patrick and Michele continue annual trips to Gabon where they deepen their connection to the Traditions, the Medicine's origins, and the Culture of Africa.
Both Patrick and Michele are traditional trained practitioners who honour the Bwiti traditions and teachings. Both are passionate about the holistic wellness potential of blending Traditional ways of healing with Modern Medical Systems. They offer personalized ceremonies for those seeking truth, healing and spirituality.

Katie LaHiggs
Katie (Osambi) is a Bwiti initiate and seasoned trauma specialist with a focus on mental health, embodiment, and integrative healing. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional II and Psychedelic Preparation and Integration Specialist, she skillfully guides individuals through the healing journey with plant medicine and expanded states of consciousness.
With over 20 years of experience in the field, Katie brings a trauma-informed, holistic approach that incorporates breathwork, meditation, and somatic practices to support deep transformation and sustained well-being. Her work empowers individuals to reconnect with their inner wisdom, fostering resilience and lasting change.
Marisa Franco
Marisa (Okumé) is a Bwiti initiate, medicine carrier, and multidisciplinary artist committed to guiding individuals back to the wisdom of their body and soul. Through her work, she empowers others to live authentically and align with their unique purpose.
With a deep understanding of spiritual healing and personal transformation, Marisa supports individuals in releasing limiting beliefs and embracing their role as conscious co-creators of their lives. Her approach is both intuitive and grounded, holding space for profound self-discovery and embodied truth.
Marc Anthony
Marc is a Bwiti initiate with over 16 years of experience in the field of entheogenic plant medicines, working with traditions from the Amazon to Africa. His path is deeply rooted in direct experience, guided by practices in conscious breathwork, deep silence, and an ancient Reiki lineage. These tools allow Marc to hold space with clarity, compassion, and truth.
A Veteran of the armed forces, Marc brings a profound understanding of trauma and the path to healing the mind. His lived experience bridges worlds—honoring indigenous wisdom while meeting people where they are. Marc’s presence is steady, kind, and deeply anchored. His guiding mantra, “No Mind, No Problem,” speaks to the stillness he embodies and invites others to remember within themselves.

Kimberly Adams is a dedicated and multidimensional practitioner with extensive expertise in plant and alternative medicines. She holds a deeply rooted and reverent relationship with the sacred medicine of Iboga, which serves as a cornerstone of her work in guiding individuals toward self-connection, and personal sovereignty.
With a professional background in marketing, data analysis, and strategic planning, Kimberly integrates analytical precision with spiritual depth, offering a rare and effective blend of insight and intuition. Her naturally inquisitive spirit and deep sense of integrity allow her to hold sacred space with compassion and clarity, supporting others as they navigate transformative journeys and align with their highest truth.

Missoko Bwiti (Bwété) – The Living Tradition of Soul, Nature, and Truth
Missoko Bwiti (Bwété), is an ancient spiritual tradition that deeply honours the ancestors, embraces the wisdom of nature, and invites a profound presence in every moment of life. Central to the path is the simple yet powerful teaching: “Just Be.” It is a path of direct experience, of remembering who we truly are beneath the layers, and of living in harmony with nature—as we are nature.
The Bwiti tradition holds a sacred relationship with Iboga (Tabernanthe Iboga), the revered plant teacher and spiritual sacrament used in ceremonies for healing, initiation, and awakening. Through rituals, initiations, and rites of passage, practitioners are guided into deep connection with their own Soul, the spirit of the medicine, and the timeless wisdom of the ancestors. These sacred ceremonies serve as gateways to clarity, self-realization, and the release of that which no longer serves.
At its essence, Bwiti is the “Study of Life”—not in theory, but in lived experience. It is the study of your own life, your own truth, and your unique relationship to the spirit of all things. Michele and Patrick are dedicated students and practitioners of the Missoko Bwiti tradition. Their lives are devoted to preserving the integrity, wisdom, and practices of true Bwiti teachings and ceremonial work. They have been initiated and trained in Gabon and are honored to carry this medicine with the full blessing of their elders and teachers.
They belong to the sacred temple Ghévèdè Sa Nzambé (“The Light of God”), a registered temple within Maghanga Ma Nzambé—a respected organization of Bwiti lineage holders committed to protecting, preserving, and transmitting the authentic ways of Bwiti. This organization serves as a guardian of the tradition’s purity, ensuring that the sacred relationship between Iboga and the people is maintained with integrity and respect.
To walk this path is a profound honour, one that comes with great responsibility. Michele and Patrick approach this work with humility, reverence, and unwavering commitment to serving others in alignment with the spirit of the Bwiti, the medicine, and the ancestors.

Maman Nono Macodi is a deeply respected matriarch and spiritual mother within the Bwiti tradition of Gabon. A guardian of ancestral wisdom and sacred ceremony, she carries the lineage of her people with grace, strength, and an unwavering devotion to truth. As a healer, teacher, and initiator, Maman Nono holds space with a rare combination of fierce compassion, deep intuition, and direct connection to spirit.
